Galway, Ireland— Sision Medical unveiled a new identity, including a new name and logo, as part of a rebranding initiative. Starting today, the company has officially rebranded to OnaWave Medical Limited, to better reflect the core technology that underpins their digital biomarker platform and associated wearables – waves (bio-signals) from the pelvic region.
‘OnaWave Medical is pioneering a new wave in the diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of pelvic physiological and pathophysiological hormonal conditions. We are advancing the science of slow wave activity and proprietary algorithms to improve the lives of individuals worldwide through advanced technology and personalized care’ says Dr. Siobhán Kelleher, Founder and CEO of OnaWave Medical.
The rebrand marks another milestone for the company as it continues to progress its EndoSolve project to develop an accurate and non-invasive test that enables simpler, earlier, and more cost-effective diagnosis of patients with endometriosis, funded by the European Union.
The new branding will provide a better understanding of the company’s mission, aiming to provide earlier, more accurate diagnoses and effective non-invasive treatments for chronic pelvic conditions through innovative medical devices.
‘As OnaWave Medical, we’re continuing our journey while being more reflective of what makes our solutions unique and ultimately empowering people to take control of their health”, Kelleher concludes.
