Be part of something truly life-changing

Whether you’ve been diagnosed with endometriosis, have symptoms, or are healthy and willing to help advance research, your contribution matters.

We’re developing a non-invasive, painless, and faster way to detect endometriosis by analysing subtle bioelectrical rhythms in the pelvis — and we need your help to make it a reality.

Transforming pelvic healthcare

At OnaWave Medical, our mission is clear: to transform pelvic healthcare through innovation, compassion, and cutting-edge science.

Our journey began with pre-clinical studies at the University of Galway, including the pioneering Cailín AI project, where we explored whether subtle bioelectrical signals in the uterus and pelvis could unlock new insights into fertility and pelvic health.

Volunteers creating change

Thanks to the incredible volunteers who took part in those early studies, we were able to collect invaluable data — the foundation of our work. Your contributions helped us establish OnaWave Medical and secure prestigious European Innovation Council (EIC) Transition funding to advance our flagship project: EndoSolve.

EndoSolve – tackling endometriosis

EndoSolve focuses on tackling one of the greatest challenges in women’s health: endometriosis. This condition affects 1 in 10 females worldwide, yet it still takes an average of 7–10 years to receive a diagnosis.

By volunteering for our study, you’ll be helping us:

  • Develop a simple, non-invasive test to speed up endometriosis diagnosis
  • Understand pelvic bioelectrical signals and their role in reproductive health
  • Create tools that give clinicians earlier answers and better treatment options

The future of our research

While EndoSolve focuses on endometriosis, our work goes further. We’re also exploring male hormonal and pelvic health to understand fertility challenges from both sides.

By studying bioelectrical rhythms across sexes, we aim to build a complete picture of hormonal pelvic health — empowering couples, clinicians, and researchers alike.

Be a part of transforming lives

To everyone who has supported us so far — thank you. Your trust and data have allowed us to turn an ambitious idea into an EIC-funded innovation with the potential to transform lives.

Now, we’re entering the next chapter, and we’d love you to join us and the Technological University of the Shannon. Together, we can create a future where diagnosis is faster, care is better, and no one is left without answers.
